Ooty and Coonoor-Ooty is one of the most amazing hill station situated in Tamil Nadu which is also known as Udhagai or Udhagamandalam, located on the foothill of Nilgiri, on the height of about 2,240 meter above sea level. It is one of the most picturesque place renown for tea and coffee plantation. Apart from this, the town is surrounded with trees such as eucalyptus, pine and conifers etc. During this you will also take full day excursion to Coonoor, where you will cover the major attractions of the town such as The Tea Gardens, Sim's Park, and Dolphin's Nose Military Campus Willington Island. Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Bangalore-Bandipur (By Road-218 Kilometres)(Sightseeing)
Upon arrival in Bangalore, meet our tour representative, after welcome, proceed to Bandipur, it is locatedat the Mysore- Ooty highway. The town is renowned for Bandipur National Park. It is one of the most popular attraction of Karnataka, it was established as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger in 1974, which is spread over 874 square kilometres, it is the home of Tigers, Indian elephants, Sloth bears, Gaurs, Indian rock pythons, Muggers and Four-horned antelopes.
On arrival at Bandipur, check in to the lodge/resorts. After freshen up. Proceed for a Jeep Safari. Later, return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Bandipur.
Day 2: Bandipur-Ooty (By Road-51 Kilometres)(Sightseeing)
Today morning, after breakfast, drive to Ooty. South India’s most amazing hill station situated in Tamil Nadu. Ooty is also known as Udhagai or Udhagamandalam, located on the foothill of Nilgiri, on the height of about 2,240 meter above sea level. It is one of the most picturesque place renown for tea and coffee plantation. Apart from this, the town is surrounded with trees such as eucalyptus, pine and conifers etc.
On reaching, check into your pre booked hotel. Rest for a while. Post lunch, proceed for sightseeing tour of Ooty. During the tour you will cover some major attractions of the city such as Botanical Garden, Ooty Lake, Doddabetta Peak, apart from this you will also get an opportunity to shop at the local markets of Ooty.
After sightseeing, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 3: Ooty-Coonoor-Ooty (By Road-20 Kilometres)
Today after breakfast proceed to Coonoor. Enjoy the major sightseeing’s of the Conoor, cover the major attractions such as, The Tea Gardens, Sim's Park, and Dolphin's Nose Military Campus Willington. After sightseeing’s, rest of the day is free at leisure overnight at the hotel.
Day 4: Ooty-Coimbatore (By Road-84 Kilometres)
